About Myself

Thank you for visiting my website. I am a counseling psychologist, 61 years old, fully bilingual and have been in private practise since 1991.

I have practised and lived through some interesting times with lots of changes, both personally and professionally. As times changed, so have people. We constantly have to adapt to with challenges and or problems (some more complex than others). Perhaps we have to, sometimes upgrade our life-skills or strengthen them to efficiently deal with modern life's problems and or challenges. Sometimes we struggle but somehow seem to get through it. Most (if not all) people have problems and or challenges to deal with, sooner or later.
