About Stephen Zeelie

I am a counselling psychologist, 62 years old, fully bilingual and have been in private practise since 1991.

I have practised and lived through some interesting times with lots of changes, both personally and professionally. As times changed, so have people.

We constantly have to adapt to challenges and/or problems.

We have to upgrade our life-skills or strengthen them to efficiently deal with modern life’s problems and its challenges.

Sometimes we struggle but somehow seem to get through it. Most (if not all) people have problems and/or challenges to deal with, sooner or later.

I have learned that it is more advantageous for patients to solve their problems rather than ignore or leave them.
